For a rear mounted hitch for your 2006 Ford E350 I would recommend the Curt Hitch part # 14055. I attached an install video for you to check out to the right.
For trailer wiring you would want the part # C56020.
For ball mounts I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag.
If you were looking for a front mounted hitch instead you would want the part # 33055.
