Will this fit my 2005 Toyota Echo and can it carry two 12 ft kayaks?

The SportRack Roof Rack part # SR1003 can fit your 2005 Toyota Echo. To determine if this would carry two kayaks you need to consider two things. The weight capacities of your vehicle roof and this roof rack (130 lbs). The lesser of the two capacities will be your overall capacity.
If you determine you have the weight capacity then I would recommend the Thule Hull-A-Port part # TH834.
