Question:
I need to replace the tires on my utility trailer. They are 4/80-8 tires on a 4 on 4 bolt pattern. Im interested in going to a 12inch rim with C load rating tire but dont know how the total diameter compares with the tires I currently have. Do you have this info?

An 8 inch tire/wheel combo like part # AM30000, will have a diameter of 16.1 inches.
If you are changing over to a 12 inch tire/wheel combo with a load range C and a 4 on 4 bolt pattern like part # AM30620, the diameter if 20.7 inches. You will want to make sure you clear your fender if you decide to go this route. You will also want to check to make sure you have the room on the inside tire wall when adding bigger tires.
For a little bigger and wider tire, like part # AM30780, the diameter measures 21.9 inches.
