Availability of Replacement Frame Hooks for Swagman XTC2 Platform Type Bike Rack

I have a hitch bike rack. I think the model is XTC2. I need a slide frame hook. Is the part I need the same as the one for the sport rider HR1000. If not could you please help me get a replacement for my bike rack.

Swagman does indeed offer replacement hooks for their XTC2 bike rack, but they only offer the short arm individually as part # P166. For the long arm, you'd need to purchase the set of two, as part # P186.
