The axle-less trailer suspension system I recommend is the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Electric Brake Hubs, part # A35RS545E. This system has a 3,500 lb weight capacity, has 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern on the electric brake hubs. This comes with the bearings, seals, and races, and has EZ Lube spindles, making it easier to keep the system lubed up.
The brakes I recommend for this system is the Nev-R-Adjust Electric Brake Assembly, part # AKEBRK-35R-SA for the right hand, and part # AKEBRK-35L-SA for the left hand. These will work well with the 4-bolt mounting flange on the suspension system I mentioned above.
The nuts needed for the brake mounting bolts are part # 6-17, and the washers needed are part # 5-8.
The Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension, part # ASR35HDS02, you mentioned, is designed to work with larger and much heavier drums, and we do not offer hubs with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern.
