Parts Needed to Install Disc Brakes on a 1997/1998 Fourwinns Trailer

Hey Im looking for new brakes. I have a 1997/1998 Fourwinns trailer vin#42kbljs11w2010047. It has 14inch tires and a Atwood 6000lb brake actuator

To use the Titan Disc Brake Kit and Aero 7500 Actuator w/ Manual Lockout, part # T2HRCM10DAC on your Four Winns trailer you will need to check a few parts on your trailer.
You will need to make sure the 14 inch wheels your Four Winns trailer have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. The axles will need to be 3,500-lb axles with the 4 bolt brake mounting flange. Also, you will want to verify the part numbers of your inner and outer bearings to make sure you use the correct disc brake kit for your trailer. The Titan disc brake kit uses L68149 inner bearings and L44649 outer bearings.
I am including a link to a video that will show you how to remove the bearings on your trailer.
