I have a 2009 Toyota Sienna and a 2014 Rockwood Premier camper.Im looking for a wdh with sway control. My tongue weight is 320lbs. and I have about 80 lbs in the back of the van. What hitch would work best for me?

The first thing you will want to do is consult the vehicle owners manual to make sure you can use weight distribution with your 2009 Toyota Sienna. Also check the hitch and make sure it has a separate rating for weight distribution. If it does not you can add one using # C13105.
If you can use weight distribution then to determine the best option you would take the tongue weight of the trailer, 320 pounds, and add the 80 pounds of weight in the back of the van to get 400 pounds.
Blue Ox Sway Pro system, # BXW0550, (or # BXW0553 if the trailer has a bottom mount coupler) is rated for up to 550 pounds tongue weight and 6,000 pounds gross trailer weight and would be an excellent option. It does included sway control as well. You will just need to add a ball to match the trailer coupler. Use # A-90 for a 2 inch or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch. I have included some links on determining tongue weight and on weight distribution for you.
