Thanks for reaching out Bryan. Unfortunately, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way Trailer Connector # C69CR will not fit your 2013 Lexus LX570. While the connector may look similar to what you have on your Lexus, both our fit guide and Curt's manufacturer information confirm that the # C69CR is designed for select 2020-2027 Ford Super Duty trucks. At this time, we don't carry a plug-and-play trailer wiring harness that's confirmed to fit your LX570. However, we do have a couple of universal options that can get you set up.

I'd start with the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236. This is a universal splice in harness that connects to your vehicle's tail light wiring and provides a 4-way flat trailer connector. If you need a 7-way connection for a trailer with electric brakes, you can then add the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7. This will give you a 7-way and 4-way combination connector at the rear bumper, along with the wiring components needed to install a trailer brake controller. Since these are universal kits, the installation will require some wiring rather than simply plugging into the factory connectors.

Of note, you may also be able to find an OEM harness that will work with the connector in the photo you included on your Lexus. if you are wanting to avoid splicing, I would start by researching that.
