Replacement Jack for 2022 inTech Flyer Explore

Updated 10/27/2026 | Published 10/25/2026

Question:

I have an Intech flyer explore 2022 and damaged the jack. i need to find the exact replacement so that it will stow properly when towing. the aftermarket ones I tried hit the trailer tongue and wont stow. I cant stow in the opposite direction because the utility box blocks it. What do you recommend?

Thanks for reaching out George. I'd be happy to help you find a replacement jack for your 2022 inTech Flyer Explore. I did some digging and found several different jack styles used on these trailers. Based on your mention of the utility box and the fact that it sounds like your jack swivels out of the way for storage, I'm assuming you have a side mounted swivel jack that bolts to the trailer tongue, similar to the Marine Swivel Jack # MJ-1206B you were looking at.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find any detailed specifications for the original jack on inTech's website, and they don't appear to list it among their available replacement parts.

Do you see any manufacturer branding or part numbers on your existing jack? I'd also be interested in the overall dimensions and lift capacity, if you have that information. If you can send me those details, or even a few photos of the existing jack and how it mounts to the trailer, I'd be happy to compare them with the options we carry and help you find a suitable replacement.

Thanks for getting back to me Christopher. I checked Intech's site also with no luck and sent them a similar message. The original one that I damaged has a sticker "RAM 1200 made in China". I spent several hours researching and think I may have found a replacement. If not, I'll return and probably fabricate a modification. This is what I ended up ordering: 1,200 lbs. @George Gotcha. That would be the same as # MJ-1200B. Obviously you got that one on the way but if it doesn't work out for any reason, let us know.

@ChristopherH the jack has worked well for me but if you have a low hitch ball on your car or truck you might not be able to lower fully onto the ball and then pivot the jack. otherwise works very well.

@Don Thanks for sharing. Lower clearance on the ball mount can definitely make it difficult to swivel and store the jack for travel.
