Hey Jared, thanks for reaching out. For a Dexter 8K axle with 5/8"-18 studs, the longer factory stud I recommend is the following:

- Replacement Dexter Axle 3-1/2" x 5/8"-18 Press-In Wheel Stud - Qty 1 # DX34UR

Dexter specifically designed these studs to work with thicker aluminum wheels, I'll just need to confirm exactly which hub you have. Dexter lists this stud as compatible with several of their 8K hubs, but if you can provide me with the casting number from your hubs, I can confirm exactly which replacement stud will work. Brake drums should have a casting number right on the front. If you have disc brakes, that number should be on the back of the rotor.

What kind of brakes does your trailer have?
