Welcome back Andrew. The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System item # EQ37121ET does not include a 2" shank to attach to your tow vehicle's hitch. The Equal-i-zer item # EQ37120ET does include one. That and the price are the only differences between these two systems.

Both the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System item # EQ37121ET and item # EQ37120ET are rated for a 12,000 lbs trailer with up to a 1,200 lbs tongue weight. These systems have built in four point sway control that will keep your trailer in line when you're going down the road and get passed by a semi or make a sudden lane change.

The 2" shank included with the Equal-i-zer item # EQ37120ET system will provide a maximum rise of 7" and a maximum drop of 3". I linked a diagram below of the dimensions.

Please note for both systems you will need room on your trailer's coupler between 27" - 32" back from where the hitch ball mounts. This is for the sway control brackets.

What kind of trailer do you have and what vehicle are you using to pull it? Feel free to answer this and throw in any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.
