Hey Jeffrey, the Roadmaster diode kit part # RM-15267 does not have ability to charge a vehicle battery. It can only control the taillights of the vehicle it is installed in. For a charge line kit instead you would want the part # RM-156-25 that you referenced. This comes with the needed wiring to provide a charge for your Bronco. Do you have the rest of your flat towing setup picked out?

I purchased the diode kit and installed it on my Bronco. A bit challenging but I got it done. Working great for a couple years now Then I got nervous about bronco battery going low enough to affect the “tow enable” mode and cause great harm. So I bought and installed the battery charge kit to prevent any issues. That was easy, and now everything is great. Feel free to contact me, but any other questions.
