They sure are Traci and welcome back. The Replacement Heavy-Duty L-Pin item # C55MJ are indeed 1/2" thick. These are designed for the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution Systems like item # C75RJ. They are identical replacements for the ones that originally came with the weight distribution systems.
The Replacement Heavy-Duty L-Pin item # C55MJ includes two spring bar retainers and two hitch pin clips. They are made of carbon steel and have a protective black powder coat finish to prevent corrosion.
