Thanks for reaching out Bill. The Ventline E-Z Lift Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent with 12V Fan # V3094-603-00 will work well as a replacement on your 2010 Aliner Ranger 12. The # V3094-603-00 installs in the standard 14" x 14" roof opening commonly used for RV roof vents. From what I was able to find, some versions of the 2010 Ranger 12 came equipped with two roof vents from the factory. If yours already has a roof vent, this will be a relatively straightforward replacement.
You'll also want the Roof Vent Installation Kit # 344270KITW, which includes the butyl tape, screws, and sealant needed to properly install the new roof vent.
