What is Length of Warranty on Dometic 320 Full Timer Toilet

Question:
I have 2 specific questions about a Dometic 320 toilet purchase I am considering. First question is what is the length of warranty? Second is exactly who will honor the warranty, ETRAILER or DOMETIC? As a note I’m impressed with etrailer customer service. Dometic has terrible communication response times, and warranty replacement times. Thank you for your time, John Powell

Hey John, thanks for the kind words! The Dometic 320 Full-Timer RV Toilet # DOM87FR that you referenced has a 2 year limited lifetime warranty. We would take care of the warranty if needed as long as your bought it from us. Have you had issues with Dometic toilets in the past?

I do not currently have a Dometic rv toilet but I need a new toilet. My comparison research turned up many complaints of failures from the gasket failure between the ceramic bowl and the base to broken foot pedals. Most were accompanied with stories of struggle getting help from Dometic. I know from experience that etrailer is a reputable company and hoped you handled the warranty internally so I could place my order. Thanks for your reply and I’ll get my order in tomorrow??.
