Hey Gabor, thanks for reaching out. The MaxxAir FanMate RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover # MA00-955003 does come with mounting brackets. You get the cover itself, four mounting tabs with hardware, and pins for attaching the cover to the brackets.

What rig are you outfitting?

I've put MaxAir vent covers on both of my RV trailers. I currently have them on my Brinkley ZAir 297 travel trailer. They come with all the necessary mounting hardware including easy to use mounting clips that allow for easy removal for cleaning or fan maintenance. They are very easy to install' I did two in less than 20 minutes. I have electric remote controlled vents and the covers do NOT block or interfere with those vents opening and closing. I highly recommend them!

Sales and tech explanation is spot on. Brackets and clips all included and well engineered in my opinion. I put on a smoked clover and cuts down major heat gain without making it too dark inside the bathroom. The fan itself and remote are excellent and I highly recommend this product!

I put the MaxxAir FanMate RV over the roof vents of our Brinkley I275. The I275 has the MaxxAir fans which are prepped for the FanMate cover. So I just had to dig the mounting eyes out of the dicor, put the cover on, put in the pins and seal with dicor. So far so good. The only down side of the covers that I ordered was that they were the semi transparent smoke color type. Those are a lot more brittle than the black or white ones. It had some cracks in it and a couple of pieces came off that hold the screen in. Nothing that some glue could not fix. The other thing with this specific RV and the fans is that the fan cover is motorized. It will hit the FanMate when you open it. That is not an issue because the fan electronics will sense the surge in current when pushing against the FanMate and shut down. We've had this for about a year now and it works great. The smoke color is nice because it does let some light through. Having said that, in hind sight, I would probably prefer the black ones. I had those on a previous RV and they are a lot more robust and in the summer in Southern California the smoke color one lets quite a bit of heat through But I highly recommend this fan cover JJK
