I have a 2014 forest river wildwood heritage glen travel trailer which has a Lippert LCI remote for the slide outs awning and jacks where can I buy a new remote or is it possible to replace the battery in the old one.,

Thanks for reaching out Tawna. Whether you can replace the battery in your existing LCI remote depends on whether you have the analog-style remote or the touchscreen version. If you have an analog remote, like the Replacement New-Style Linc Analog Remote # LC292614, the batteries are replaceable. You can remove the screws from the back cover and replace the two AAA batteries inside. If you have a touchscreen remote, like the Replacement Touchscreen Remote # LC358601, it uses a rechargeable internal battery that is not designed to be replaced.

Both of these remotes are also available as replacements, depending on which style of LCI system you currently have. If you can send me a photo of your existing remote and the receiver inside the RV, I'd be happy to help identify your system and determine the correct replacement.
