Hi Kirk!

Since you have four 200W panels on your 2023 Outdoors RV 22FQS Titanium (giving you an 800W solar array), you are going to want the Victron SmartSolar 150/70-Tr MPPT Solar Charge Controller - 12V/24V/36V/48V - 70 Amp # VN85VR.

On the amperage side, if you divide 800W by a 12V lithium battery system, you get roughly 66.6 Amps of potential output. A 50A controller (like a 100/50 or 150/50) would basically waste some of your solar "harvest" on bright, sunny days. A 70A controller will capture nearly all of your power and therein be the best choice.

Because your panels are wired in two series strings of two panels each (2S2P), your total open-circuit voltage will be around 48V. A 150V controller gives you plenty of safe overhead, especially since solar panels produce higher voltages in freezing temperatures.

Where do you typically take your camper out? Your solar set up should give you pretty good power for long trips!
