Replacing my Dometic Penguin II unit in my keystone Montana with a Furrion Chill HE unit. I have it installed and plugged directly into Dometic control box. The furrion kicked on for a brief second after doing a “factory reset” at Dometic dual zone thermostat. But now only shows E1 code at that zone. Is there any way to wire this unit to use it with my existing domestic thermostatthat uses phone cable style connection? or no?

No, there isn't Kyle. A Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner like the 15K Btu item # FR86TD or the 13.5K item # FR26TD are only going to be compatible with Furrion air distribution boxes, controllers, and thermostats. Your Dometic system will not communicate with the Furrion AC which is why it kicked off and you're getting error codes.
To install a Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner like the 15K Btu item # FR86TD or the 13.5K item # FR26TD, you'll need the following parts:
Air Distribution Box for Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioners item # FR68TD
Wall Thermostat for Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner item # FR88TD
Single Zone Controller for Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner Setup item # FR98TD
