Question:
Good afternoon I’ve been emailing back-and-forth Liipert to convert my furrion AC unit from ceiling control to thermostat to correct the fan running all the time and humidity issues. They gave me part numbers. I’ve purchased from you before and had excellent service. Can you please convert these over to your part numbers? Control box 2024042653 Thermostat. 2024042659 Distribution box 2024044264 Thanks

Hello Kristian,
Thanks for writing in, and your kind words =)
I have the parts you need, but you'll want to double-check the last number Lippert gave you for the air distribution box. You listed 2024044264, and I believe the number you're looking for is 2024042647. I would confirm that with Lippert before ordering just to make sure we're working from the same information they provided you.
In that case, the control box 2024042653 crosses over to our Replacement Single Zone Controller for Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner Setup # FR98TD. The thermostat 2024042659 crosses over to the Replacement Wall Thermostat for Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner # FR88TD. Both of these are for the R32 system.
For the air distribution box, you'll need the Replacement Air Distribution Box for Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioners # FR68TD. This is the R32 air distribution box designed for the electronic control setup, rather than the ceiling-controlled configuration you currently have.
With those three components, you'll have the controller, wall thermostat, and air distribution box needed for the thermostat-controlled setup Lippert is recommending. Since Lippert has already been working with you directly on your specific Furrion AC and recommended this conversion to address the fan operation and humidity concerns, I would stick with the components they specified rather than trying to mix parts from a different setup.
Getting things geared up for a final Summer adventure? Where are you headed to next?
