Question:
I have a 2024 model Y. It didn’t come with a tow hitch but I installed one and now I need the wiring harness. Do you have a harness that will work with a 7 pin configuration and control the electric brakes on a trailer?

We sure do Chris and welcome back! It'll actually take two separate wiring harness to add a 7-Way connector to your 2024 Tesla Model Y, since you don't have the tow package. You'll need to add both a 4-way connector and a 7-way connector to be able to operate your trailer's brakes and control the lighting functions. I've listed them below:
4-Way - Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver item # SH93QR
7-Way - Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller item # ETBC7
The Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring item # SH93QR is designed to be used with a Stealth Hitch but the ball mount will work on the EcoHitch item # EH39FR, you purchased in April. It fits a 2" receiver and has a 2" hitch ball.
The wiring harness included with the Towing Kit item # SH93QR is designed specifically to work with your Tesla's electrical system. It is a universal harness that splices into your Tesla's tail light harness behind the driver's side wheel well. It will provide you with a 4-way connector that will operate the lights on your trailer. I attached the installation instructions below. They're extremely detailed and helpful if you plan on DIYing this job.
The Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller item # ETBC7 includes a 7-Way and 4-Way trailer connector, along with all the wiring and circuit breakers you'll need for installation. This kit is designed for use on a vehicle with an existing 4-way flat trailer connector and plugs directly into it.
You will then connect the blue wire to the blue wire on the brake controller, connect the black wire to the positive post on your Tesla's battery, the white wire to a suitable ground, and the yellow wire to your reverse light circuit. The item # ETBC7 will give you with the ability to control your trailer's brakes, lights, and also provide you with a 12v power wire for you trailer's battery. I attached a wiring diagram below so you can see the layout I just described.
You're also going to need a brake controller to operate your trailer's brakes, I highly recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty w/ Universal Wiring Harness item # RED52VR. This is a proportional brake controller that activates your trailer's brakes when your Tesla decelerates. This is the safest way to stop or slow your trailer as it is instantaneous and puts less stress on your Tesla and trailer's frame.
The reason the Tow-Pro Liberty item # RED52VR is the best option for your Tesla is because of its unique installation method where the only visible portion is the control knob that's about the size of a nickel. The main unit is hidden away inside your dash to be completely out of the way and out of sight. The included universal harness is all you'll need to complete the installation.
I through in a wiring diagram for the Tow-Pro Liberty item # RED52VR as well. If you plan on doing the installation yourself, you'll also need a circuit tester like item # PTW2992 to locate the 12v power source and the cold side of the brake light switch or trigger.
