Hey Bryan! The Norcold Polar N7X RV Refrigerator # NC96VR you were looking at will work as a replacement for your Norcold N621. It has a 7 cu ft capacity and runs on 120V AC or propane just like your existing refrigerator. It also fits the same size enclosure, with the N7X requiring an opening 52-7/8" to 53" tall x 23-1/2" to 23-5/8" wide x 24" deep.
If you're looking to move away from the propane/electric setup and switch over to a 12V refrigerator instead, just let me know in the comments below and I can recommend an option for that as well.
