Hey Dean, thanks for reaching out. Hey, no, the Greystone Built-In RV Microwave # GR59FR does not have a reversible vent hood that can be flipped to exhaust out the rear. This is a standard built-in microwave, not an over-the-range model with a convertible exhaust system. It uses ventilation through the surrounding trim rather than a dedicated rear exhaust connection.

If you're replacing a microwave that vents through the exterior wall of your RV, you'll need an over-the-range microwave specifically designed for rear exhaust venting.

What microwave are you replacing? Is it a built-in or an over-the-range model?

Thanks Jesse. I am replacing a standard microwave, but where it is mounted I have the option to vent it to the outside instead of inside to the living space. Do you guys sell the trim surround that goes with this unit?
