I am hoping to find out weather or not PN:BWRVR2602 will work for my 2018 Ram 2500HD Tradesman, 6.4L V8 Hemi, short bed. When installing a set of Reese bed rails, and Reese 5th wheel hitch. If not what kit would be compatible with this truck and Reese setup?

The B&W Custom Mounting Brackets for Patriot 5th Wheel Above Bed Base Rails part # BWRVR2602 are specific to installing the B&W Patriot 5th wheel so I don't suggest using them to install your Reese 5th wheel hitch.

Instead, we'll need to get you a universal set up to install your Reese hitch in your 2018 Ram 2500. The Curt Universal 5th Wheel Rails part # C16204 are industry standard rails designed to work with most brands of fifth wheel hitches including Reese. You'll also need the Curt 5th Wheel Bracket Kit for Ram Trucks part # C16427.
