How far does the interior/mini lever stick in past the door?

Hi Kent, The interior lever of part # L32CS000 sticks out about 2-1/2 inches from the inside surface of the door once it's installed, and the lever itself measures approximately 3-1/8 inches long. If you're checking for clearance with a screen door, cabinet, or another obstacle, that 2-1/2 inch projection is the measurement you'll want to compare against.

I did not have any trouble replacing my door knob with the Vallterra lock
