Will etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar Work With Bike Racks

Question:
My bike rack already has one of those threaded anti-rattle hitch pins, but I still notice a little movement on rough roads. Would adding the your anti rattle help, or would I just be doubling up on anti-rattle devices?

Hey Aaron! That's a common question. If you're still getting movement, the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar # e55YV can definitely help. A threaded hitch pin pulls the rack against the hitch pin hole, while our anti-rattle collar tightens the connection at the receiver opening. Since they're addressing different sources of movement, they work really well together.
