Will the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar Work with the Trimax Razor Ultra Max Ball Mount?

Yes, it will Eric! The etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar, part # e55YV, is compatible with the Trimax Razor Ultra Max Adjustable 2-Ball Mount, part # TMX45QR. It's designed to work with most 2 inch and 2-1/2 inch ball mounts and hitch-mounted accessories, with the main exception being weight distribution shanks.
I really like this anti-rattle collar because it's a clean, low-profile solution. Instead of using bulky U-bolts or shims, it helps take the play out of the connection between the receiver and the ball mount, which means less clunking, less movement, and a more solid feel while you're towing. It's one of those simple upgrades that makes a noticeable difference every time you hitch up.
I'm curious, are you planning to use the Trimax mostly for towing different trailers, or do you switch between towing and hitch-mounted accessories?
