Can you provide the exact hole size to 3 decjmal places?

The hole size on the Yates boat roller # YR12243-5 would be 0.705 to 0.710 inches based on the few I measured using digital calipers. However, there is always the chance of slight variations, tolerances, for each one of these rollers since rubber can move and flex.
