Hey Ross! The answer to your question depends on the size of your spare and which hitch is on your 2022 Ford Bronco. To find the answer you're going to have to measure for clearance.
The Benton MoveHitch # B86VR measures 11-5/8" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part when it is down to carry cargo. It is 7-1/4" to the closest part of the carrier when it is folded up for storage. You can match that up with your Bronco to see if it will work for you.
If you plan on leaving it on your hitch a lot I recommend upgrading to the etrailer D-Shape Anti-Rattle Locking Hitch Pin # e43JR to keep it secure. We also have the HotMesh Cargo Net # B32FR to help keep everything in place, and a light kit # e67RV for added visibility.
