what is the max air pressure the wheel is rated for and will they support metal bolt in vslve stems?

Hey Jeff, welcome back! The Aluminum AM01 Series Black Machined Trailer Wheel item # AM24PR does not have a max capacity for PSI only a 1,500 lbs weight capacity. The air pressure is limited only by the tire and the valve stem installed on the wheel.
The Aluminum AM01 Wheel item # AM24PR can indeed support metal bolt in valve stems. The correct one would be the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem item # AM20906. It is rated for up to 200 PSI and is sold individually.
I recommend getting the Americana Trailer Wheel Center Cap item # AM90175 as well. This cap is designed to fit the Aluminum AM01 Wheel item # AM24PR. It has a removable end for easy maintenance access. I attached a picture below so you can see what this combo looks like installed on a trailer.
