Replacement For Dometic Duo Therm 59516.331 AC Unit

Question:
I would like to replace my Sunny/Brook A/C unit. The model number that is mounted presently is Dometic Duo Thurm 59516.331. This is a ducted unit. I think it is a Brisk Air 15,000 BTU unit. Is there a unit to replace it. Cause for replacing is I think the fan motor and blower is failing due to loud noise indicating something is failed. cooling is not what it used to be. Time to replace unit. Thank you William

Hello William. Our best option for replacing your Dometic Duo Therm 59516.331is the Furrion Chill HE # FR32PV. This is a 15,000 BTU unit just like your Brisk Air. The Furrion unit comes with a conversion kit that makes it directly compatible with your existing Dometic AC system. Meaning you can swap out the rooftop portion only, and all of your ceiling registers and thermostat will stay in place and work exactly the same, only it will run much quieter and with colder air. The Furrion units are known for being efficient and quiet, so this will be a nice upgrade for you.
