Question:

I am looking for a 55 cam lock latch for a cargo trailer. The manufacturer is CrossTrailer, year 2024. The current cam lock has a 3 bolt pattern on the hinge. I do not see Cross Trailer as a choice in the down list. Do you have a compatible cam lock for my trailer?

Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, there's no reliable way for us to determine which cam-action door latch your trailer uses based on the year and model of the trailer. When matching replacement latches, we typically compare the pipe length, pipe diameter, and hinge configuration to minimize the need for modifications during installation.

Based on what you've described, I believe the Tamper-Proof Door Latch with 55" Pipe for Enclosed Trailers - Zinc Plated Steel # ABS49FR is the best option for your application. Like your current latch, it mounts using three bolts at the hinge. I've included a photo below showing the hinge design for comparison.

One thing to keep in mind is that the # ABS49FR does not include the hasp or installation hardware. If you can send me a photo of your existing hasp along with a few measurements, I'd be happy to help determine whether it can be reused or recommend a compatible replacement. The mounting hardware itself should be easy to source locally.
