If you're looking for an anti-rattle device for a cargo carrier on your 2024 Chevy Suburban, I'd recommend the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar for 2" Hitch Receivers # e38FV. It's quick to install and does an excellent job of reducing unwanted movement and noise when using hitch mounted accessories.
If you'd also like to add some security, the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches - 3-1/2" Span # 63232 is another great option. This is a hitch pin style anti rattle device that will also allow you to lock your cargo carrier into your receiver.
Out of curiosity, what do you usually carry on your cargo carrier?

I used the collar hitch on my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for my elk trip from Texas to Colorado last fall. I had quite a load in the cargo carrier and a lot on top of the Jeep. I didn't hear any rattling back there and I traveled about 10 miles on the mountain road just to get to camp. There's only one Jeep they say but that's beside the point. It worked for me. The mechanism is simple. You twist the actuator to slowly pull a piece of metal into the hitch opening. That piece of metal slowly crowds the carrier extension in my case and keeps the carrier from making noise and moving inside of the hitch receiver. Enjoy.

The anti rattle collar is well made and heavy duty. It is a little on the large side. Make sure you have adequate clearance between the collar and the body trim around the receiver. I purchased this but I am unable to use it because it won't clear the body trim on my Defender. I was unable to return it because I didn't realize this until beyond the return window.

I have three of the anti rattle collars. I love these things as with other types you need a large wrench for the U Shape anti rattle devices nuts and you have to take them off before removing hitch each time. This collar is placed 1 time and is easy to tightened up onto hitch . Great invention!

Antirattle hitch works absolutely great. I love them one issue. I do not like on the pair the attachment screws are completely rusted out where the rest of it is in great shape.
