Will your Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar for 2.5" Hitch Receivers work with 2" hitch accessories and ball mounts?

Hello Phil! Yes, the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar for 2.5" Hitch Receivers # e55YV will work with 2" ball mounts and accessories. This comes with a reducer specifically made to work with the anti-rattle.

Keep in mind, If you are using the anti-rattle with a 2" accessory it needs to be installed right side up. It will not function properly if you install it sideways with the reducer.

Sounds good! I have a variety of ball mounts and other things I've acquired over time. Some are 2.5 and some are 2. Looks like this takes care of all of them. Thanks again.

@Phil you're welcome! This definitely covers both shank sizes, which is one of the best parts about it. For anyone who kept everything after upgrading to a truck with a 2-1/2" receiver this is a great solution so you don't need an anti-rattle for each size.

Will this work with your Benton MoveHitch? I have a 2-1/2 receiver on my truck and would like to use the two together.

@AustinP yes, the # e55YV will work with the Benton MoveHitch # B86VR in your 2-1/2" receiver. It will clamp the MoveHitch shank against the inside of the receiver to help keep everything nice and solid.
