Hey Earl! As far as I know the AC prep will have 12V and 120V power wires up there on your Cougar so you don't have to run any additional wire for the installation. Coleman has a lot of options for ductless applications, and you can choose from the following based on color and capacity:

All of these are complete systems with controls on the air distribution box (ADB) so you won't have to connect and mount a wall thermostat.

If you don't mind two different units on top, the Chill Cube is worth considering as well. You can use the # FR59TD (white) or # FR27TD (black). This uses an inverter-driven variable speed compressor so it is incredibly efficient, and quiet which is nice to have in the bedroom. You can control it using the ADB or the remote which is another nice feature for a bedroom unit.
