Hey Johnny. The B44E-22 are brakes for a standard 3,500 lb axle. We do have suitable replacements for this. Here is what I recommend:
- etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K # AKEBRK-35-SA
This comes with both a right and left hand self-adjusting brake assembly. They will fit any standard 3.5K axle.
What trailer are they going on?

Bought 2 sets 2 years ago for my tandom axle Rockwood Mini Light. Also replaced drums at same time. I live in Florida and made trips to Zion/grand canyon 2025 and this year trip to Badlands, Rushmore, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Rocky mountains. The brakes have worked wonderfully, no issues up and down 8% grade roads. Checked the pads before this years trip and hardly shoe any wear from last year trip.
