Happy to help Roy, good question!

Unfortunately, I can't confirm fitment by the model of camper but I can tell you the Fastway Zip Coiled Trailer Breakaway Cable # FA80-01-2204 is designed to work with all Fastway ZIP breakaway switches and most Bargman pin style breakaway switches. If your trailer has a different brand of breakaway switch, I'd be happy to verify compatibility if you can provide the manufacturer and model number.

What tow vehicle are you using?

I have used the coiled breakaway switch on two of my trailers without any issues. The coil keeps the lanyard from dragging on the ground which is convenient. My experience is with trailers, not with slide in campers.

It should work for you. I put them on a home-built and a Carmate trailer. Also put them on a Parker performance trailer and dump trailer my dad has. The Carmate has a Hopkins Engager break away system that used a different "plug" so I just used that "plug" and slipped the ring on the end of the Fast way on it. The ring is like a keychain ring so it fit just fine. Looks like you pulled the trigger and already bought it. I bet you'll like it. It's quick and easy to use. Good upgrade. DO check the function BEFORE you need it!
