Question:
I have a 2023 forest river NoBo beast mode suspension. I need to get brakes for it . Can someone please direct me in the right direction. It’s independent suspension, though it says 3500 lb axel . 5 lugs tire mount . I’m having trouble finding what I need . Thankyou for your attention to the matter . Cheers

Hi Thomas, thanks for providing those details.
Since you mentioned your No Boundaries has the Beast Mode independent suspension with 3,500 pound axles and a 5 lug wheel pattern, I recommend the etrailer Self Adjusting 10 inch Electric Trailer Brakes, part # AKEBRK-35-SA. From everything I've found, Forest River used either 10 inch or 12 inch brakes on these trailers depending on the axle capacity, and the 3,500 pound axle setup uses the 10 inch assemblies.
I know it can be confusing because there are multiple brake sizes listed for different No Boundaries models, but the axle rating is the key here. If you happen to pull the drum off and find that your trailer has an unusual setup with 12 inch brakes instead, the correct replacement would be the etrailer Self Adjusting 12 inch Electric Trailer Brakes, part # AKEBRK-7-SA. Based on the 3,500 pound axle rating you provided, though, I feel confident that the 10 inch assemblies are the right fit.
What kind of trouble have you been running into just out of curiosity?
