I have a patriot BandW 18k slider hitch I’m getting a 2026 Ford F250 What rail system would I need to order for it?

What you are looking for is the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVK2402. This will fit the 8 foot or the 6-3/4 foot beds for the 2026 model year for Ford F-250 and will give you Industry Standard Rails (also called ISR), which is what the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BW86XR fits. With this being a custom fit kit, it will also minimize drilling (though there will still need to be some).
If you have the factory puck system though, you will need to go to a different hitch as there are no adapters that will work with the Patriot, unfortunately. For that, you would need the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20K # BWRVK3370 if you have the short bed, or the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs # BWRVK3305 if you have the long bed.
