Looking for Replacement etrailer Hitch Lock e99047

Hi, I have an eTrailer brand hitch cargo carrier e98874 for my 2 hitch receiver. I purchased it several years ago with an anti-rattle trailer hitch receiver lock. I am trying to replace the lock after having to cut it off after the lock mechanism seized and would not loosen despite trying Liquid Wrench and subsequently heat. I do not see the same lock on your website. The one I cut off has a 5/8-12TPI threaded section which screws into a threaded thru-hole on either side of the 2 square tubing on the eTrailer cargo carrier. Is that lock design still available or is there an alternative that likewise mitigates rattling?
