Hello Mike,

Thanks for writing in.

Since you already have a Blue Ox tow bar, you will need the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit with Removable Arms # BLU53FR for your 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport. This base plate is designed to work with the factory front bumper and will provide the attachment points needed to connect your Blue Ox tow bar. I attached an image so you can see where the tow bars will attach to your Gladiator Sport.

If your Gladiator has an aftermarket front bumper, please let me know.
