Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98848 which is what I recommend, is a confirmed fit for a 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. It also has a 2" opening so it will be great for towing or other hitch mounted accessories like bike racks or cargo carriers. The design is hidden so all you'll see once installed is the receiver, not the cross member. In regards to the hands free liftgate feature (if equipped), you'll see restricted use of this with any trailer hitch but if this bothers you there is a bracket you can obtain from the dealer to regain proper functionality.

Please note, the hitch is the same for all CR-V's so it doesn't matter if you have a hybrid, no-on hybrid, touring etc.
