Flush button is loose. No installation or instructions. I would not buy again.
Haven't got it mounted or used it yet but it looks well made and the cassette tank is easy to remove. The swivel lid works very well and will allow me mount it where ever I decide. I think it will work very well for my van build and last a long time. Plus getting it on sale didn't hurt either. Also, great service and fast shipping.

Sorry to hear that, Steven. Have you contacted Thetford to see if they have any advice on tightening the flush button? This is something they would want to handle. The instructions should definitely have been included and I have them linked as well.
