I have a 2019 gmc sierra 3500hd DRW , not lifted will the Hellwig HE85YR rear sway bar kit work,

No, it will not Harold but I have one that will. For your stock height 2019 GMC Sierra 3500, you'll need the Hellwig Adjustable Big Wig Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # HE56FR. This sway bar is actually thicker at 1-5/16" in diameter and comes with all the hardware, end links, and brackets you'll need to get it installed.
The Hellwig Adjustable Big Wig Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # HE56FR is compatible with the 2WD and 4WD models of the 2019 GMC Sierra 3500 and works with both the dually and single rear models as well.

The problem I had with the installation of the adjustable sway bar was where the bracket bolt for the adjustable link on the drivers side has to come through the frame but the fuel tank is in the way on the front and if you have a goose neck hitch, the plate for that covers the hole in the frame. I cut a slot in the plate just long enough to reach the threaded plate through. Then I welded it back. Very thing else went fine. The anti sway bar helps with the body roll when I have my truck camper in.

The Hellwig big bar makes no difference in everyday driving It showed improvement when towing our 42 ft 5ver Seemed to tighten it up from any kind of movement from wind,passing semi's,over all more stable. I also put on the moonride,stabilizer between the axles on the 5ver, transeagle tires 16 ply, truck also has air bags. Just purchased 23 durmax dually and plan to put the hellwig big boy sway bar on that also
