Troubleshooting Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Auto Leveler In Keystone Laredo

Question:
My keystone larado 2021 lippert auto leveler stops working in the middle of auto level. Error message says to retract all jacks. Tried with weight on and also rehitched and took all weight off jacks. Cannot get the auto leveler to complete. All jacks move and the system tries to adjust but after a short time the screen goes black and when I turn back on I get error Do I need a new controller? Do I need to replace with lippert part or can i get another brand?

I would check the wiring connections on everything of the system and also make sure the battery of the RV is in good shape and the connections to it are solid as well as it sounds like a wiring issue. If not, then the controller would need to be replaced with the part # LC421484 based on your picture!
