Replacement Pin Box for a Sidewinder Pin Box

Hi I have a 2015 rockwood 8289ws with a sidewinder and its stiff to turn not sure if there is a service kit or a different brand kingpin as I has a2012 Ram 3500 short bed I tow with please let me know thank you

Hey Alejandro. There used to be a couple of service kits for the Sidewinder pin boxes but we no longer carry them. Reese's parent company has filed for bankruptcy so there's no inventory left to sell online.

In order to recommend a standard replacement pin box, I would need to know the information on the sticker that's attached to your current pin box. I attached a picture below of one so you can see what you're looking for.

The sticker should say date of manufacture, weight capacity, and have some form of RPO, LCI, or serial number on it. If you could email me a picture of it or carefully put all that information where it says Add comment, I can find the right pin box for you.
