Question:
Looking at Drum brake part AKEBRK-7-SA for a 2024 K-Z Durango 301RLT. I could only search a 2022. Did anything change in these model years or will that part work? Thanks

Welcome back Larry! The Self-Adjusting etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes item # AKEBRK-7-SA you referenced, will indeed work as replacements. This is a set of self adjusting left and right brake assemblies. They also mount to a 5-bolt brake mounting flange and are rated to be used with 5,200 lbs - 7,000 lbs axles.
I checked with K-Z and your 2024 K-Z Durango 301RLT has 6,000 lbs Curt axles that came with Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Brakes item # 23-458-459. They're rated for 6,000 lbs axles and also fit a 5-bolt brake mounting flange.
What kind of roads are you traveling that already has you replacing your brakes or are you just wanting to keep a spare set on hand?

Spare set. RV has roughly 10000 miles on it and we do a cross country trip every year. Just trying to stay prepared
