Hi, just bought a Curt hitch for my sorento 2025. I bought the 56530 4 pin wiring harness, but i need to put a 7 pin for my trailer. Wich part did i need ?

Hi Olivier! Since there are no plug and play options for a 7-way you need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7. This comes with the adapter, wiring, breakers, and everything else required to upgrade your existing 4-way to a 7-way.
What kind of trailer are you towing? Do you need a brake controller as well?

Hey Oliver I bought the 7 pin insulation kit for my 2017 Toyota Sienna from etrailer. The parts are excellent quality and the installation instructions are clear and complete. I also looked at YouTube videos on the subject. Plan for half a days work. This is a great package from a great company!

I installed on a 2025 ford edge. I had 4 pin in the back but need a 7 pin for a house trailer. It was pretty easy to install. The hardest part was crawling under the dash to get to the break wire. It helps to have two people. Look on lone to see if others have found a grommet to get the wire up front. That makes it easier.
