They are indeed available separately. What you are looking for is the following part number:

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front # TLD2140

Just be aware that these will fit the following configurations for your 2024 Ram 3500 Dually:

8 Foot Bed - Crew Cab - factory electric running board cab length only
8 Foot Bed - Crew Cab - no running boards

If you have a different configuration, just let me know and I can find the correct fit for you.

What kind of camper are you going to be carrying? And if you don't mind my asking, why don't you need the rear tie downs?

I ran these on my 2021 power wagon securing a Northstar camper. These are the best you can buy. They’re spring loaded to prevent excess stress on the camper mounts driving over rough terrain. Another great benefit is the tension adjustment is very fast to check prior to driving. They have o-rings that hold in place on the threaded portion and to check the correct tension you just inspect that they are 3/4” from the housing. Recommend using locks to prevent theft.
