Hi Kevin!
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11509 will indeed fit your 2019 Hyundai Elantra GT Hatchback. That said, make sure you do not have an N-Line or dual exhaust. Those are the only exceptions to the fitment.
You can also use a 1-1/4" to 2" adapter, but you should know that doing so will cut the tongue weight of the hitch in half. So the 200 pound tongue weight will only be 100 pounds. All of these kinds of adapters will do that, so I always recommend avoiding them whenever possible. I know it always isn't, but I still wanted to point it out.
And on that note, what are you planning on using the hitch for?

Thanks for the reply! So I am into paramotoring, if you have ever heard of that, and I want to be able to carry my roughly 60-70lb unit with me on longer travels. I have a mounting platform to place it on that is about 15lbs but the hitch connection only works for 2 inch. So it'll be cutting it close but I don't think it'll exceed that weight.
